It’s hard not to quote Vanilla Ice when talking about our service guys, mainly because the hook to his song aptly applies, “If you got a problem, yo they’ll solve it…” Led by their intrepid chief, Mark Anderson, The A.B.E. service techs spend more time on the road, criss-crossing America and traversing the globe, then they often spend at home. But for them, the thrill of travel, the chance to bring their mechanical knowledge to bear, and maybe, just maybe, being tempted by a pint or two, is what the job is all about.
Mark Anderson has been ably leading the A.B.E. service team for the last two years and loves the new challenges every day brings. When he’s not taking service calls from customers or assigning his stable of talented technicians out on service calls, he often takes time to inspire those around him with motivational quotes from great figures of history.
Kevin came to the service department with a background in welding, but quickly took to the mechanical nature of the job. Kevin enjoys the travel and customer engagement his job as a service technician brings, and is always quick to smile and loves to engage people with his down-home Nebraska roots.
Dalton started on the Norland side of the business as an assembly tech, but quickly switched over to A.B.E. when he heard beer was involved. Dalton has a solid background working hands-on in the mechanical field, and enjoys nothing more than assembling than using his expertise assembling a brewhouse or canning line for a customer.
A.J. is a solid member or our installation team. Along with Aaron Waldo (see below), he has traveled the globe installing CraftCan lines, LinCan lines, brewhouses and our Yellow Jacket Depalletizers. A.J. comes from a mechanically-minded family, as his mother, Asa, works on the Norland side of the business, and his sister, Angel, works in the quality assurance unit.
Aaron has been with A.B.E. since the beginning, and is a font of knowledge for all things A.B.E. equipment-related. Besides installing brewhouses, canning lines and depalletizers, Aaron also uses his expertise to train the other service techs and help troubleshoot customer issues over the phone or in person.
Michael grew up on a farm in western Nebraska, thus making him a master mechanic from an early age. He is always ready to share advice, offer help and get dirty installing customer’s equipment or fixing whatever issue may pop up from time to time.
